有机酱油、卤汁、粉盐、松茸鲜蔬粉、 五香粉

做法:
1.将杏鲍菇放入开水里煮10分钟;

2.将处理好的杏鲍菇掐头去尾,切成薄片后双面切斜刀(不要切到底),以便更入味;

3.将腌料均匀铺在切好的杏鲍菇上面,另一片再盖上去;

4.将有机酱油、卤水加开水兑匀后刷在薄豆皮上,然后再将杏鲍菇铺在豆皮上裹好;

5.电饼铛提前预热后放入裹好的杏鲍菇,一面煎2分钟后翻面,两面都煎至金黄即可;
